Summer Program

Ages 6-14

Our homeschool collaborative operates all year round, but we do have limited openings for families who want to jump in and “live the homeschool lifestyle” in the summer.

Weekly camp membership includes Tuesday swimming beach trips, Friday field trips, two healthy snacks and a nutritious lunch, as well as unlimited fluoride-free water.

A week of our ‘summer camp’ program is a great way to try out the school and see if our community would be a good fit for your family.

No two weeks are ever the same!

Session Schedule

Our daily rhythm is such that our kids have plenty of time to opt in to the daily themed sessions, as well as have free time to create, explore, socialize, and visit with our animal friends during the day.

TALK TO THE ANIMALS

Ever wonder what it would be like to talk to animals?  We will be learning all about reading body language and doing some beginning animal communication.  Kids will learn about animal totems and explore what specific animals represent in different cultures.  We will have our onsite AWS Animals as guides, as well as daily animal visitors (hedgehog, bearded dragons, guinea pigs, etc).  As a part of our week we will also be working on crafting tie blankets and tug toys to drop off when we visit a local humane society.
