You’ve watched the videos, had a conversation with Miss Amy, and probably have even visited our school.  It’s time to formally get started to join our community of gifted learners and families

 

Application Process  (opens March 1, 2024)


    • Submit Application Form:  Submit your online application form and $100 non-refundable application fee.  After your application is submitted, we will send you an email confirmation with additional information to schedule your shadow day.

  • Student Shadow Day: Our potential new members are invited to spend a day immersed in our community.  During this time, we observe how your child blends with the environment, rhythm, structure, and their potential peers. It is completely up to each family as to whether they want the shadow day to be parent-child, or just child.

 

  • Notification of Acceptance:  Admissions decisions are made thoughtfully, based primarily on whether energy levels and dynamics worked well during the shadow day, the family’s and collaborative’s shared vision, as well as the child’s eagerness and willingness to be a part of our community.

 

  • Enrollment Contract Signed:  Parent signs and returns enrollment contract with $500 gear rental fee (nonrefundable).  Handbook will be distributed.  (Note:  The first month of membership will be a trial period, in which either the family or the collaborative may terminate the contract with no penalty).
