Gifted children often develop asynchronously (academic and social skills), and our Kindergarten Guide observes each child closely to be able to individualize their education.

The Kindergarten class spend their days building, pretending, playing, climbing, drawing, painting, singing and laughing in our Waldorf-Inspired, play-based classroom.  Elements like aromatherapy (essential oils), a heated floor, natural wood, fibers, plants, and classroom animals provide a calm, nurturing, and consciously designed environment for our students.   Pre-reading and pre-math skills are learned through stories, songs, fingerplay, and experiential play.  

Mixed-Aged Kindy students are required to be reliably potty trained.  We do have a rest time built into the daily schedule for kids who need extra rest during the day.
